2013 — Logo, Branding, Poster
Visual identity system, logo, print collateral and poster campaign for the Imaging Lab – the digital print studios at University of the Arts in Philadelphia. Since every print job is unique, I thought it would be fitting to have a dynamic logo system. I based the logo on the three most commonly ordered sizes of paper: 8.5 x 11, 11 x 17 and 13 x 19. The three ‘pieces’ of paper are overlapped and they may be rearranged, flipped and rotated to create the different variations.
In addition to the entire system of pamphlets, price lists, handouts and order forms, I designed and hand-bound six paper sample guides. The booklets are bound with a simple metal grommet in the top left corner for easy paper comparison. Each booklet contains about 30 paper samples with prices.
